With Olympus Mobility you combine many mobility costs (see list below) in one invoice. And that saves on your administration. You get one app and one invoice for all your mobility.

Invoice in the mailbox

You can have the invoice from Olympus Mobility sent to you by e-mail. OkiOki will then automatically pick it up for you. To do this, do the following:

• Go to the management portal
• Click on “Users” and then on “Manage admins”.
• At the top right, click on “Add admin” and then on “Add invoicing contact”.
• You can then enter the e-mail address on which you want to receive invoices. This can be your mailbox that you have linked to OkiOki. Or your personal OkiOki e-mail address.
