Users often report that the linking cannot be completed or that they get error messages since the Crelan/AXA migration . These problems are often due to an unactivated Digipass. For this, since the migration, Crelan has sent out a letter with instructions on how to activate this Digipass.
What is the solution?
1.Contact us when you experience difficulties linking your Crelan account.
2.You received a letter from Crelan containing an activation code and instructions. Follow the instructions for the activation process.
3.After successful activation, you can use your Digipass to link your Crelan account to OkiOki.

If, as a customer, you have not received the activation letter or have lost it, it is important to contact Crelan customer service. They can help you obtain a new activation code and the necessary steps to still activate your Digipass.
