In OkiOki, you can choose how to send your invoices - either through your own email address or OkiOki’s (invoicing@okioki.be).
Part 1: Add your e-mail to OkiOKi
If you'd like to use your own e-mail address. Please update the persmission of your own mailbox and make sure both boxes: Read acces & Send acces, are both checked:
Step 1: follow these steps to set up your email ✉️
- Navigation menu: Click on Connections.
- Submenu: Select Email.
- Choose your provider: Select your email provider from the dropdown.
- Grant permissions: Check the boxes for Read Access and Send Access.
- Complete verification: Follow the on-screen steps to verify your account.
- Update the outgoing email adress: Click the select option to update the outgoing e-mail adres.
➡️ Go to email settings in the OkiOki app
1.1: Select your e-mail to open the settings pannel:
1.2: Make sure both boxes are checked or check the send acces box
1.3: Click continue to grant permissions
1.4 Click "select" to update your e-mail adres
1.5 Please confirm that your e-mail settings have been propperly updated
Part 2: Update your billing e-mail settings
Step 2: Change your sending address settings 🛠️
- Navigation menu: Click on my account.
- Submenu: Select billing settings.
- Set up your billing emails: Go to the billing e-mail section.
- Update the sending address: Open the section and select the correct sending address.
- Save: Click the save button to update your current e-mail configuration.
