Contact your bank branch, the helpdesk or the KBC Live team of the bank and inform them that you have a problem linking your account with OkiOki. OkiOki is a recognized payment institution active in Belgium that has access to bank details of customers who give permission via the PSD2 legislation.
Ask them for the following:
- Can you activate 'services for third parties' (linking your account via the PSD2 APIs)?
- Are there specific mandates in force on your account that prevent you from activating it?
