Analytical accounting

Do you use analytical accounting? Then you may want to let your accountant know which invoice they should book to which line item. That might be a particular store, a particular project... Today you can easily do this via the tags.

To avoid that OkiOki has already sent your document to your accountant before you have been able to add the tag, there is an application setting that allows you to send a document to your accountant only when you say that the booking is complete. This way you can add the necessary tags to a document before it goes to your accountant.
