Setting a payment reminder

If OkiOki finds an unpaid purchase invoice, she will put it on your to-do list. You can easily pay unpaid purchase invoices in OkiOki by scanning the QR code. However, if you would rather to set up a payment reminder for a purchase invoice, that too can be easily done in the OkiOki app:

1. In your to-do list, click on the invoice for which you want to set a payment reminder.
2. In the quick menu below, choose "Payment Reminder".
3. Now you can choose a date for your reminder.

The purchase invoice will now temporarily disappear from your to-do list. When the deadline approaches, OkiOki will put the invoice back on your to-do list and will also send a reminder email. This way you can be sure that you will not receive any late payment penalties!
