Belfius customers may experience temporary problems linking their business account to OkiOki via PSD2 APIs. A solution to this problem is being sought at Belfius.
In order to link your Belfius account with OkiOki, please follow these steps for a temporary solution:
- Log on to your Belfius Direct Net environment.
- Go to 'My Services'
- Go to 'Organization of products'
- Click on 'Switch to managing my products together'
!Important! Please note that when you switch to this form of management, various functionalities will no longer be available. So please read the information provided by Belfius carefully before making the switch. If you still need these functionalities, the temporary solution will not be usable.
- Log out of your Belfius Direct Net environment and go to okioki.app. Link your Belfius account to OkiOki.
