When you start using OkiOki, you can choose how many days OkiOki goes back in time to collect the payments. It may happen that OkiOki collects payments that were already processed before you started using OkiOki, and for which you therefore no longer have the corresponding invoice or document. To remove these payments from your to-do list, you can proceed as follows:
- Go to the detail of the payment you want to get rid of or simultaneously select all the payments you want to remove from your to-do list in your overview of your transactions.
- Create a new tag, for example "Document from last quarter".
- Add the tag to the relevant transactions.
- Mark the document as 'Complete'.
