Integration with Bob Demat Module

OkiOki integrates with BOB through the BOB Demat module. This module allows BOB to read the OkiOki UBL files.

OkiOki will put all UBL files on the file server of the office via an FTP connection. The files will be nicely sorted into folders per file and per type of document (purchases, sales, miscellaneous). From these folders the file manager can read the UBLs into BOB.

Based on the UBL data (such as the VAT number) BOB will generate a booking proposal that the file manager can then confirm. This integration makes it very easy for accountants to file, process and consult documents.
