How can I mark a purchase invoice as paid?

After you have paid an invoice, it takes a while for the transactions to arrive in OkiOki. You have the following options to deal with this.

• After you have paid invoices, you can go to "connections" --> "banks" in the menu.
  • Then click on “synch now” at the bank account with which you made the payments.
  • Wait a moment while the synchronization is in progress.
  • When the synchronization is finished, you will receive a message and then you can refresh the page.
  • The transactions have then been loaded and will be linked to the relevant documents.

OR

• You can also snooze the documents after payment (icon with zz) for example for 2 weeks. When the transactions arrive in OkiOKi in the meantime, they will be linked to the relevant documents.

OR

• As soon as new purchase invoices appear on your to-do list, you can set a “payment reminder” for them. The document will then return to your to-do list under “payment reminders” before the set date.
• After payment you can click on the “mark as paid” button.
  
• OkiOki then reports that it is awaiting the transaction and will link the payment to the document after the transactions have been retrieved.
