To manually verify a customer, follow these steps:
- Open the Dashboard: Log in to the system's dashboard.
- Select Active Customers: Click the 'Active Customers' button in the menu.
- Search for the Customer: Enter the customer's company name in the search field and press enter.
- Navigate to Peppol: Scroll down until you see the 'Peppol' section.
- Manual Verification: Click on the 'Manual Verify' button to manually verify the customer.

When the verification is complete, your customer will be automatically added to the Peppol network. This means that your customer can automatically send and receive e-invoices. And that these are also sent in a custom UBL format.
