Important: Uploading files is only available in OkiOki Smart (the paid version). If you're using OkiOki Start, the upload option won’t be available.
Use this option to send your own UBL sales invoices via Peppol (the official European e-invoicing network).
⚠️ Important: Your UBL invoices must be in .XML format and must comply with the Peppol BIS3 standard. You can check whether your UBL file complies with this standard here. Select "ruleset" "OpenPeppol UBL Invoice (2025.5) (aka BIS Billing 3.0.19)".
Step 1: Please make sure you’re verified and sending is enabled
Step 2: Send your UBL file to OkiOki

Under Sending e-invoices, tick "Send UBL sales invoices I upload over Peppol straight away."
Click Save.

- You can upload them manually.
- You can send them (automatically) to your OkiOki email address.
- You can have OkiOki pick them up from a cloud storage folder.
Step 3: Sending
As soon as OkiOki has received your UBL invoice, she will automatically send it via Peppol.
