OkiOki guides the transition from another access point to the OkiOki access point.
- She first attempts to register the client on the OkiOki access point.
- She will notice that the client is already registered elsewhere.
- She will send the client an email asking them to deregister from their current access point. She will provide them with instructions on how to do this.
- OkiOki will also indicate in the Peppol settings in their app and in your accountant portal (also in the list of “Active clients”) that they are not yet registered on the OkiOki access point.
- Once they have unsubscribed from their current access point, OkiOki will automatically register the customer on the OkiOki access point.
As an accountant, you do not need to do anything yourself. However, it is always advisable to check occasionally whether the customer has ultimately deregistered and accessed the OkiOki access point.
