I have a Delhaize shop and want to be able to send my e-invoices to my customers via Peppol.

Through OkiOki, Delhaize shops can automatically send the UBL invoices they receive centrally via Delhaize by email as invoices via Peppol. Several Delhaize shops have already done so.

How exactly does the process work?

Delhaize sends you an email with UBL invoices. They must also send this email to your personal OkiOki email address. You have one OkiOki email address per company number.

This way, your UBL invoices arrive directly in OkiOki, and OkiOki immediately sends them to your customers via Peppol.

What do you need to do?

1. Start your OkiOki subscription

Take out an OkiOki Smart subscription. We offer three options depending on the average number of invoices you send per month. We charge an additional fee for each invoice above your flat rate.

• Go: 25 documents per month on average, 50p per additional document
• Grow: 70 documents on average per month, 30 cents per extra document
• Scale: 200 documents on average per month, 20 cents per extra document

Please note:

• For each company number, you need one OkiOki account and a unique email address to log in. If you have four shops, you will need to register with four different email addresses.
• You also need to link a bank account within OkiOki Smart. If your accountancy firm wishes, we can give them access to an OkiOki portal. This will give them access to your sales invoices. They can also set it up so that you do not need to link a bank account, if you do not wish to.

2. Activate automatic sending

In your “Settings”, tick the box to indicate that you want to send UBL invoices automatically. It is best to untick the box to indicate that you want to receive e-invoices. You probably already do this elsewhere. See screenshot.

3. Provide your OkiOki email address to Delhaize

Under “Your account” > “Your OkiOki email address”, you will find the unique OkiOki email address for your OkiOki account. Ask Delhaize to send all your UBL sales invoices to this email address.

That's all there is to it. From now on, your electronic sales invoices will be sent automatically via Peppol.
