In OkiOki's "Light" mode (or "Provide documents only"), To Do lists disappear because your accountant activated this setting – transactions and payments are fully handled by them.
Key nuance for document collection:
- Documents automatically picked up from the mailbox still appear in the To Do list for review.
- Manually uploaded documents (via app upload, connected cloud drive, or forwarded to OkiOki address) are automatically removed from To Do and moved directly to "Documents".
What does "Light" mode mean?
Your accountant enables this mode to simplify the workflow: you only provide documents, without payment follow-up or reconciliation.
Disabled functionalities:
- Bank transaction list (unless "With CODA+" selected)
- "Accounts and cards" menu (unless "With CODA+")
- "To pay" and "To receive" lists
- Requesting expense reports
- Payment reminders and transactions without documents
- Manual linking of transactions to documents (unless "With CODA+")
How to return to full mode?
Ask your accountant to change the setting via Accountancy Portal > Clients > > Subscription Mode to "Full" or "With CODA+".
