If you have an OkiOki subscription, you can switch between our different subscriptions at any time yourself. This is useful if, for example, you suddenly need to process a lot of documents during a certain period.
1/ Switching between Smart Go, Grow & Scale
OkiOki Smart has 3 volume variants:
- Go: an average of 25 documents per month
- Grow: an average of 70 documents per month
- Scale: an average of 200 documents per month
If you have a Smart subscription, you can switch between our 3 volume variants at any time and in both directions. So, for example, from Grow to Scale and a few weeks later back from Scale to Grow.
You do not have to wait until the end of your payment period or until the end of the month. When you switch, OkiOki recalculates your billing so you always benefit from the best rate.
2/ Switching from Start to Smart
Smart has many more functionalities than Start and can provide much more administrative peace of mind. You can always upgrade from your Start account to a Smart account. However, this is an upgrade that is not reversible. Once you use Smart, you cannot go back to Start unless you cancel your subscription and account and restart a new account.
