I chose SEPA direct debit as my payment method, but I still get the question to activate a paying subscription. Why is this?

When you choose to pay by SEPA direct debit, a mandate is requested from your bank through our payment provider Stripe. Because your bank has to confirm this mandate, this process can take up to several days. On average, this takes 3-5 days.

During this period, your paid subscription is not yet activated and is 'pending'. Therefore, you will not be able to add extra documents, and there will be no synchronization with your bank.

You will have to wait a few days for the process between our payment provider Stripe and your bank to be completed before you can continue with your OkiOki account.
