OkiOki recognizes an invoice as your sales invoice if the invoice meets 2 conditions:
- Your VAT number must be on the invoice
- Your account number (IBAN) must be on the invoice
❗️If both are stated on your invoice and OkiOki still does not recognize your invoice as a sales invoice, this probably means that OkiOki does not recognize the bank account mentioned.
OkiOki recognizes the bank account as your bank account
- because you have linked it with OkiOki or,
- because you have entered the IBAN on your invoicing settings page.
There you can specify several bank accounts, even if they are not linked with OkiOki.
For example, if you work with a payment provider such as Mollie, Stripe or Paypal (accounts that you cannot link with OkiOki) and your customers make their payments to one of these accounts, then you can simply mention that account in your invoicing settings.
