If you have daily receipts, you usually work with a daily receipts book. It makes little sense to follow up on these in OkiOki, as there are no invoices or receipts available for them anyway. In this case, you can indicate that OkiOki follows up the transactions without a document, but only for the expenses and not for the receipts. As a result, OkiOki will not add these transactions to your task list and you will not have to follow up on them.
You can set this in your "Settings" under "Your Account". There you will find "Should OkiOki follow up on transactions with missing documents?" with the following options:
- Yes > All transactions without a document will appear on your to-do list
- Yes, except for all sales transactions > Only purchase transactions will appear on your to-do list
- Yes, except for point-of-sales transactions > So not your daily receipts. Therefore, please choose this option.
- No > OkiOki does not track any transactions at all through your task list.
