When reading your expense report, it can happen that OkiOki reads the amounts of all transactions as 0 euro. The reason for this is that you have not scanned your expense report completely straight. So it has nothing to do with the actual quality of your scan.
OkiOki always looks for lines of information. These lines include e.g. the date and amount of your transaction. The example below shows how OkiOki reads your expense report and how, in this case, the amount falls outside the lines because the scan is slightly rotated.
It is therefore important to ensure that the scan of your expense report is always of high quality and straight. Thus, if OkiOki also gives your transactions the wrong value, it is sufficient to scan your page again, so that it is completely straight, and upload it into OkiOki a second time.
