OkiOki attempts to automatically register you on Peppol via its own access point. However, if you are already registered with another access point, you must first deregister from the current access point. Once you have deregistered, you don't need to do anything else.
OkiOki will then automatically register your account and send you a confirmation email.
How to deregister from an existing access point
Step 1: 🔍 Check your current access point:
Go to your app settings to see which access point you are currently registered with.
Step 2: 📬 Find the contact address of your provider:
Use the provided list or the information in your settings to find the contact address of your access point.
Step 3: ✉️ Contact your previous provider:
Send an email to the access point with your company number and specifically request to be deregistered.
Step 4: ✅ Receive a confirmation email from OkiOki:
Once OkiOki has received confirmation from your previous provider, OkiOki will complete your registration. You will then receive a confirmation email from OkiOki indicating that your deregistration is complete. And your account is successfully registered on the Peppol network.
