Sometimes sales invoices do not reach the customer. This is usually because they end up in the spam folder because the default billing address for OkiOki (invoices@okioki.be) is used.
It is therefore better to define your own address to prevent them from ending up in the spam folder.
To do this, follow 2 steps in the entrepreneur portal.
Step 1: activate send access
Menu > Connections > Email
Click on Send access:
Activate send access:
Log in to your e-mail provider
Step 2: set the address for sending invoices to your own address
Menu > Your account > Invoicing settings
You can now use the arrow to select the address for which you have just activated send access.
Don't forget to click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
