Overview of your contacts

If you go to "Contacts" in your menu, you will see a clear overview of all your used contacts in OkiOki. These are the contacts you have invoiced. You will also get some useful information:

• Besides the name of the counterparty, you also see the VAT number for each contact.
• For each contact you can see the total amount you have already invoiced to that specific counterparty, as well as the outstanding amount.
• You can also see the status of the payment.
• On the far right you see 3 dots next to each contact. Via this menu you can update the data of your contacts.

If you click on a specific contact, you get extra information:

• You can see contact details of the other party.
• You can see the amount already paid, the amount you received and the amount still outstanding.
• At the bottom, you also see a list of outstanding invoices, if any.
