What if I want a START subscription but don't have itsme?

For a START subscription, we always require identification via itsme during registration.

This allows us to automatically verify your identity and grant you access to the PEPPOL network.

If you don't use itsme, the OkiOki support team can manually verify your identity. Here's how to proceed:

1. You've started your OkiOki account but probably got stuck at the itsme registration.
2. You contact the OkiOki support team and provide us with a Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) document proving you are the managing director of your business.
3. We will then schedule a video call to verify your identity. During this video call, you will show us your ID to prove you are indeed the managing director.
4. OkiOki will then confirm your identity so you can skip the itsme step.
