Crediting an invoice in OkiOki takes just a few clicks. Read how to create a credit note — both for regular invoices and for imported invoices.
Invoice created in OkiOki
Go to your list of sales invoices. Find the invoice you want to credit and click on the three dots to the right of the respective invoice. There you will see the option to credit the invoice.
Then simply go through the sales flow and indicate what you want to credit. OkiOki automatically adds a reference to the original invoice in the comment field — so you don’t have to fill this in yourself.
After that, send the credit note via Peppol or by email. And that’s it! If you then click on the credit note, you will see that it is automatically linked to the original invoice. You can then mark them as completed.
Invoice imported into OkiOki
Did you not create your invoice in OkiOki but import it? Then you proceed differently.
Go to your invoicing flow and when creating a new document, choose credit note from the list (invoice / credit note / quote). Fill in what you want to credit and add a reference to the original invoice yourself in the comment field.
Then click on the document and use the Add button to link the original invoice to your credit note. This way both documents are linked to each other and everything is neatly in order.
