The day you start with OkiOki is also the first day on which OkiOki will keep track of your administration. She will then evaluate all documents with document date from that day onwards and all transactions with transaction date from that day onwards and if something is missing, she will put them on your to do list. So, if OkiOki finds a document with a document date before this start date, she will not put that document on your to do list. But you will always find that document in your list of 'All documents'.
However, you can change this start date. Why would you do that? Because the first time you link your current account, OkiOki retrieves all transactions up to 90 days before your start date. So you can go back 90 days in time and decide to let OkiOki follow you up from an earlier date, for example, from the beginning of the month or the beginning of the quarter.
You can adjust this start date in your settings:
- Go to the menu
- Go to "Your account"
- Select "Settings"
- You can adjust the start date under the first field "Hide transactions and documents older than the date below from my to do list"
