Sometimes there is an invoice in your mailbox that is not intended for your business records. OkiOki will pick it up. Of course, you can easily delete it.
For such invoices, OkiOki now also gives you the option in the delete confirmation screen to simply ignore the invoices from the same sender the next time. So if you click this option, you will no longer receive invoices from that specific email address in OkiOki.
Under the menu 'Your account', in the 'Excluded e-mail addresses' menu, you have an overview of all e-mail addresses that OkiOki is ignoring for you. If you still want to receive invoices from a certain e-mail address, you can remove that address from this list.
This way you teach OkiOki to work even more efficiently for you and you avoid having to remove a similar invoice each time.
