You can add tags to all documents and transactions in OkiOki. These tags can be used to create structure in your archive.
You can use the predefined tags in OkiOki, such as "Wage", "Travel", "Tax", "HR", "Car"... You can also create your own tags and add them to your document or transaction. For instance, you can give all documents related to one project the same tag. Or you can link all expenses for a certain branch using the tags.
You can add tags to each individual booking detail. But you can also select different documents and transactions in your archive and give them all the same tag.
The tags also help you to easily organise or find your documents. In your overview of your documents or transactions, you can use the "Tags" filter to find certain documents belonging to one tag. You can then easily select them all at once and download them, for example.
