As an entrepreneur, it is crucial to have a clear view of your income, expenses and cash flow.
- If you look at the evolution of your income, expenditure and cash flow in the past and the present, you can see whether you have achieved your ambitions and goals.
- If you keep track of your 'To be received' and 'To be paid' invoices, you can quickly see where your cash flow might be faltering, whether a cash problem might arise and where it is best to intervene (e.g. by sending payment reminders for late payers).
OkiOki provides you with the following tools for this purpose:
Totals for income, expenditure and cash flow for all your transactions and all your documents.
Group your documents or transactions by month, quarter or year and immediately see totals for income, expenses and cash flow. Combined with search terms and filters, these lists become useful tools that give you instant financial insight.
Interactive graph for your transactions
An interactive graph gives you visual insight into your historical cash flow based on your transactions. At the top of your list of transactions, you have a bar graph where you can compare your cash flow for the past months, quarters or years. This graph also adapts in real time to your keywords and filters. This way, you can read the cash flow related to a specific customer or supplier (search by name), as well as that for a specific project (by using tag-filter).
Cash in, Cash out & Balance
Finally, on your dashboard, you have an overview at a glance of the cash evolution over the past 30 days, the expected cash evolution over the next 30 days and its direct impact on your balance (cash position). If OkiOki indicates that your balance will literally and figuratively be in the red within the next 30 days, you know you need to take urgent action. Your list of 'To Receive' invoices is then usually your starting point to start dunning late payers and have an immediate positive impact on your future cash position.
Lists of 'To be received' and 'To be paid' invoices
On your dashboard, you can immediately see the total amounts still to be received and paid.
A single click then gives you a detailed overview of all outstanding invoices with customers and suppliers. Invoices are automatically sorted according to urgency. Customers who pay late can be sent a payment reminder directly from this list. Supplier invoices you urgently need to pay yourself can easily be paid via our QR code.
