How can I receive my Arval invoices in my mailbox?

Do you still have to go and download your Arval invoices on their platform? 😱

Then you can also ask them to receive them by mail now? 😁

Just contact them directly and ask to receive your invoices as attachment by e- mail.

👉 If you have your own mailbox linked to OkiOki, then ask them to send the invoices to this mailbox.

👉 If you have not linked your own mailbox, ask them to send the invoices to your OkiOki mailbox ("Your account" > Your OkiOki e-mail address").

You can reach them via retail@arval.be.

Always include your customer number or VAT number in the communication.
