Yes. Lots of suppliers expect you to login on their website to download your invoices. Think about Esso Card Online, Total, … OkiOki will relieve you from that hassle as well.
How to connect a supplier website?
OkiOki today provides links to the following supplier websites:
- Acerta
- De Tijd / L'Echo
- Esso Card Online
- Securex
- Partena
- Total
If you store your username and password in OkiOki, then she will go and fetch your invoices on their portals. This is one of OkiOki's key strengths today.
How secure is it to share my username and password with OkiOki?
OkiOki is built with the most recent security best practices. Credentials you store in OkiOki are only available to the app and to you, even the support team cannot access them.
What about other supplier portals?
Not all suppliers who offer a portal require you to go and download your documents on their portal.
Many suppliers send you their invoices by email. This can be as an attachment (like Coolblue) or as a link to the PDF invoice (like Telenet). In both cases OkiOki will pick them up via email.
If you do not yet receive invoices by email, be sure to check with your supplier to see if that option is possible.
