Without multi-factor authentication
If an invoice is available without multi-factor authentication, Doccle will usually send you an email with a link to the document. OkiOki can then follow this link and download your invoice for you.
This is the case, for example, for invoices from De Watergroep or Acerta.
With multi-factor authentication
If an invoice is available with multi-factor authentication, Doccle usually also sends you an email (with a link to the document), but before you or OkiOki can access that document, you will always have to intervene. For example, you will confirm your identity via your banking app or Itsme and only then will the document be available.
This is the case, for example, for all KBC documents that are available on Doccle.
OkiOki cannot automatically pick up these documents via e-mail and you will have to download them yourself from Doccle and upload them in OkiOki.
Via the automatic sharing functionality in the Doccle app
Via the Doccle app you can now also share documents with your accountant and therefore also with OkiOki. To do this, configure a new 'Connection' in the Doccle app, namely 'Connect accountant'.
This page on the Doccle website explains step by step how you can do this. Instead of the e-mail address of your accountant, enter your personal OkiOki e-mail address.
