To receive e-invoices, OkiOki must be your access point to the Peppol network. OkiOki will automatically try to register you on its access point. That way, you don't have to do anything at all and soon your e-invoices will arrive automatically in OkiOki.
Are you already registered with an access point?
However, if you are registered with another Peppol access point, OkiOki cannot register you on its access point. To still be able to receive your e-invoices in OkiOki, you must deregister from your current access point. As soon as you are not registered with it, OkiOki will then automatically register you on its access point.
To deregister from your current access point, you must send them a deregistration request by e-mail. In doing so, you must mention your company/VAT number.
👉 On this help page you will find a list of all Peppol access points and their contact details.
Not everything arrives as an e-invoice
Not all invoices will be sent to you via Peppol. The e-invoicing obligation today only applies to 'invoices' from 'Belgian' companies. So what will you still receive through other channels
- Non-invoices : receipts, payment invitations from insurers, fines, ..
- Invoices from foreign suppliers, think of Facebook, Google, Amazon, ...
So many documents will still reach you via your mailbox or supplier portals. Fortunately, OkiOki is still the only player on the market with a unique solution for this via integration with your mailbox and supplier portals.
Apart from the Peppol network, your documents can also reach OkiOki via the following channels:
- Integration with your mailbox
- Integration with your supplier portals
- Cloud storage: Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox
- Forwarding to your personal OkiOki e-mail address
- Taking a picture with your OkiOki app
- Uploading in OkiOki
