OkiOki will automatically try to register you on the Peppol network. Your e-invoicing status and settings can be found in OkiOki under 'Your account' > 'Settings'. Here you can see whether you can already send and/or receive e-invoices and what you should do if that is not yet the case.
In two cases, this may not work and she needs your help:
1/ She cannot verify your identity.
To help ensure the security of the Peppol network, OkiOki needs to verify your identity. If she cannot do that automatically then there are 2 options:
- Is your accounting firm also already working with OkiOki then they can confirm your identity.
- Is your accounting firm not yet working with OkiOki, then we ask you to contact our support staff to take a moment together to verify your identity.
2/ You are already registered with another Peppol access point.
If you are already registered with another access point, you must first deregister from this access point. Send them an e-mail stating your company number and asking them to deregister you. You can find who to contact in the app settings and OkiOki will also let you know by e-mail. Read more about unsubscribing from your existing Peppol access point here.
