I can no longer upload PDF files in OkiOki as a Mac user

Are you using a Mac and unable to upload PDF files in OkiOki? This problem usually occurs for users of Safari 15.6 or older versions of Safari on macOS.

Cause:
We have updated our PDF component to the latest version to implement the latest security patches provides more security, but unfortunately is no longer compatible with older Safari versions.

What you can do:

• Update Safari to the latest version (if possible).
• If your Mac does not support a newer version of Safari, use another browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.
• You can also email your PDF files to your personal OkiOki email address.

Note: uploading a ZIP file will not work, as OkiOki will open the ZIP and all the PDFs in it automatically.
