I can’t upload PDF files in OkiOki as a Mac user

Are you using a Mac and finding that you can’t upload PDF files in OkiOki anymore? This issue typically happens when using Safari 15.6 or older Safari versions on macOS.

Reason:
We upgraded our PDF component to the latest version to include the most recent security patches. While this improves security, it is no longer compatible with older versions of Safari.

What you can do:

• Update Safari to the latest version, if possible.
• If your Mac cannot be updated to a newer macOS (and thus Safari), use another browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox.
• You can also email your PDF files to your personal OkiOki address.

Note: Uploading a ZIP file will not work, as OkiOki automatically extracts and processes the PDFs inside.
