There are several ways to collect your sales invoices in OkiOki.
You create your invoices in Word/Excel
If you create your sales invoices in Word or Excel and send them as PDFs to your customers via the mailbox linked to OkiOki, OkiOki will automatically find these invoices. If you send them on paper, you always have to send the invoices to OkiOki yourself. You can do this by uploading them into OkiOki or by forwarding them to your OkiOki email address (XXXXXXXXX@okioki.app).
You use an online invoicing program
If you create your sales invoices in an online invoicing program, those programs usually allow you to put an email address in BCC when you send an invoice. If you put the email address of the mailbox linked to OkiOki or your OkiOki email address in BCC, OkiOki will find a copy of this email and will automatically include your outgoing invoice as well.
