If you have a problem with your Apple iCloud email address connection, we suggest renewing the connection.
What do you have to do for that?
1. Unlink your current email address
Go to Menu > Connections > Email and click on your iCloud connection.
In the detail, click on 'Unlink this email account'
2. Reconnect your iCloud email address
In that same page you will now make connect your iCloud email address again.
Select iCloud from the list of mailboxes and follow the instructions.
What you need for this:
- Your email address
- Your APP specific password from Apple. If you don't remember that password, you'll have to create a new one. Check Apple's support pages for more info: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204397
