1. Go to the overview of active customers
2. click on the customer to be disconnected
3. click the ‘Disconnect’ button at the top right
Note that this ensures that links and subscription through the office are discontinued. But that the account continues to run through the entrepreneur. If we need to remove this, we need confirmation from the end customer. If necessary, also check in the CBE first to see if the business is still running or has been discontinued.
