As an accountant in OkiOki, you can send a reminder to an entrepreneur who has not yet entered their payment details for the OkiOki subscription.
When can you send a reminder?
This option is available when the status of the "Subscription payment" of the entrepreneur is set to "Transfer to customer". This means that the entrepreneur pays themselves but the details are still missing.
How do you send a reminder?
Go to the relevant entrepreneur in OkiOki.
Check if the status of the "Subscription payment" is "Transfer to customer".

Click the "Send reminder" button.
The entrepreneur will then automatically receive an email requesting them to fill in their payment details.
