5. Adjusting misread data

Sometimes OkiOki reads and displays the data on the invoice incorrectly. When this happens, you can easily change it. For each invoice, you can change all data in the invoice detail:

• amount incl. VAT
• amount excl.
• VAT rates and amounts
• counterparty
• invoice number or structured message
• ...  

By the way, when you change the data on an invoice that is still to be paid, OkiOki will also automatically generate a new QR code based on your changes. This way, you can easily pay the invoice.

! Attention: You can only change the data of documents, not of transactions.
