You can also easily track credit card expenses with the OkiOki app. When OkiOki retrieves documents, she will automatically try to recognise the invoices you paid with your credit card. If she recognises those, she will automatically mark them as 'Paid by credit card'. If OkiOki does not recognise them, she will put them on your to-do list, where you can manually indicate that they are credit card expenses. OkiOki will then temporarily remove those documents from your to-do list.
At the end of the month, when you upload your credit card statement, OkiOki will read all the lines and translate them into separate transactions. She will also link those transactions to the documents marked as "Paid by credit card", either by you or by OkiOki. And if there is a credit card transaction for which OkiOki cannot find a document, this transaction will also appear on your to-do list.
OkiOki also creates a separate overview where you can consult the statements for that credit card. For each statement, you can see all your individual transactions. This gives you a clear overview of all your actual expenses, always accompanied by the right document.
