7. Creating and sending invoices

OkiOki allows you to create and send digital invoices in a few simple steps. You enter the necessary data and OkiOki helps you where she can. You can also personalise the look and feel of your invoice with your own logo and colour. And don't forget to add a short thank you note for an OkiOki touch.  

You will see that OkiOki also adds a convenient payment strip on each invoice with the most important data for the transfer, as well as a QR code. This allows your customers to pay your invoice quickly and securely.   

If you are creating an invoice for the first time with OkiOki, we advise you to first take a look at the invoice settings. There, you can set some useful preferences to make the creation of invoices even easier.

How do you add invoice lines to an invoice?

In the invoicing module you edit your invoices in one clear screen. Enter the products or services, adjust descriptions and amounts, and add discounts or sub-headings when needed. Lines you want to reuse later can be saved to your product catalogue with a click.

Do you often use the same products or services? Import them in bulk into your catalogue so they’re ready to drop into your next invoice.
