What can you find in the app?
The OkiOki dashboard shows you at a glance all the key figures for your financial administration. The large number in the middle indicates how many tasks are still on your to-do list. The small icons at the top show you which amounts you still need to receive and pay, and which tasks you have snoozed. You can also click through to an overview of all your documents and transactions. This way, we can give you a simple, but clear and complete overview of your finances.
The overview of your transactions and the overview of your documents form your OkiOki archive. Here you can search, filter, download and delete documents, track their status, perform quick actions, view details and more.
Finally, your contacts overview shows all contacts you have invoiced and some useful data such as the total amount paid and the outstanding amount per contact.
Good to know: sometimes there is a coloured line to the left of a transaction or document. That line indicates the to-do status of your document or transaction. More information on what the colours mean can be found in this article.
