Adding GLN Numbers in OkiOki

How do you add GLN numbers in OkiOki? Follow these simple steps in the invoice flow to add PEPPOL identifications like GLN to your customer details.​

Go to Document > Create Document > Create your invoice. On the second page of the invoicing flow, where you enter contact details, under the shipping method, you can select the PEPPOL identification scheme, including for GLN numbers.​

This feature supports e-invoicing via PEPPOL, crucial for compliance in Belgium from 2026 onwards.​
