A consistent comma format is used for both quantity and amounts.
Footer text

Archive file name:
Downloaded invoice files include company name, invoice number, and client name.
Invoice routing flow
Partial payment status is validated before the user can move to the next step.
Company logo file formats
Only GIF, PNG, or JPG are allowed to prevent preview errors (TIFF is blocked).
IBAN validation
Enforced in the invoicing settings and when creating invoices.
Cash discounts
If an invoice is paid with a cash discount, OkiOki matches it to the right transaction.
No PDF for specific accountant workflows
For Horus, OkiOkiSync, or FTP file transfers, the system omits embedded PDFs as required.
User experience & interface improvements
New login page layout
Enhanced for desktop and mobile, ensuring a more consistent design.
Login and registration forms
Layout remains correct when showing errors.
Users can see (toggle) their password with an eye icon in registration/login forms.
Navbar behavior
Pinned navbars no longer hide document upload buttons on mobile.
OkiOki Start users only see pages relevant to their plan in the navbar.

OkiOki for accountants
Enhanced Accounting Permissions & Portal Security
Non-admin users can now create, invite, or update client records when granted the appropriate rights. Additionally, internal staff without the correct access permissions can no longer view restricted admin areas.
Enhanced logging
More detailed logs for Clearfacts data requests and archive generation.
Updating subscriptions
Changing an invited or created subscription to “peppol-basic” no longer triggers an error.
OkiOki for end-users

- Gmail read-only access now functions properly.

Trial users are unregistered when their trial ends and re-registered if they activate again.
Skipping bank details for OkiOki start
You can operate OkiOki without linking a bank account initially (the navbar is hidden until ready).

Invoice downloads
Downloaded invoice PDFs include the user’s company name, invoice number, and client name.

Users are alerted before a duplicate upload is deleted.
POS transactions
Recognition for third-party funds (EMS) is improved.
Accountancy portal
Address synchronization
The system re-syncs addresses and names from LegalEntity if cached data is older than a set threshold.
Archive downloads
Invoices from the last day of each month or year are now correctly included.
Various
Fake VAT numbers
Blocked up front, prompting users to correct their VAT info.
Non-ASCII characters
Peppol verification and Itsme flows work correctly for names containing accents or special characters.
Null reference exceptions
Resolved in SendGrid email handling.
Improved logging
Archive generation and debugging are simplified with more detailed logs.
Itsme restriction
Users cannot register or log in via Itsme before 1/1/2025.
Plan selection page
A specific basic package card is shown for PeppolOnly or other limited-mode subscriptions.
Ngrok convenience
Developers can more easily set up ngrok for local testing (no user-facing impact).
