🧾 We’ve redesigned the invoicing flow.
Adding multiple invoice lines is now easier than ever. Whether you’re on your phone or a large screen, you can add each line straight to the invoice—perfect for purchase orders or recurring work.

Use autofill to drop in recurring products or services with one click. Select the item and the details appear automatically. Each line stacks neatly in a clear list, and you decide which extra fields to show or hide, so you can wrap up an invoice in minutes and or invoice on the go.

🏢 Add and personalize business activities = 'Different business units'
Entrepreneurs can now set up multiple business activities within a single OkiOki account. Each activity has its own invoicing settings, such as VAT rates, communication preferences, or invoice numbering.

🔁 Turn a quotation into an invoice in one click
You can now turn a quotation into an invoice with a single tap. OkiOki copies all lines and references, so you're ready to send the invoice right away. In the Quotes tab, click the three dots at the end of the row and select ‘Create Invoice’.

Alternatively, in the Sales Invoices tab, click the three dots again and choose ‘Create Quote’, ‘Create Credit Note’, or ‘Create Duplicate’.

No more duplicate invoices after failed SEPA mandates → Fixing a failed mandate now triggers just one invoice and reactivates your subscription cleanly.

SVG logos always print crisp → OkiOki now converts SVGs to sharp, high-res PNGs automatically at send time.

Social-security XMLs auto-import even when mislabeled → Files mislabeled as PDFs are now correctly processed and categorised.

User experience & interface

Large PDFs open instantly → Huge PDFs now preview without freezing; the viewer loads only the first 100 pages for speed.

Product search up to 200 characters → Long search terms now work smoothly and throttle smartly

Matching & transactions

Invoices and transactions match more often → We optimized matching algorithm between documents and transactions, to also take into account transactions no longer on the to-do list.

Uploading duplicate credit-card scans are redirected to the right statement → If a customer uploads a credit card statement. And that statement is a duplicate. Then we immediately take you to the statement already present in the app.

Accountancy portal

Dashboards and Matchmaker load in seconds → KPI widgets and the Matchmaker grid now open almost instantly, even on accounts with large data volumes.

Storage & Sync settings open in under a second → Even if you're managing dozens of cloud drives, the Storage & Sync panel loads right away.
