Adding multiple invoice lines is now easier than ever. Whether you’re on your phone or a large screen, you can add each line straight to the invoice—perfect for purchase orders or recurring work.
Use autofill to drop in recurring products or services with one click. Select the item and the details appear automatically. Each line stacks neatly in a clear list, and you decide which extra fields to show or hide, so you can wrap up an invoice in minutes and or invoice on the go.

Entrepreneurs can now set up multiple business activities within a single OkiOki account. Each activity has its own invoicing settings, such as VAT rates, communication preferences, or invoice numbering.
🔁 Turn a quotation into an invoice in one click
You can now turn a quotation into an invoice with a single tap. OkiOki copies all lines and references, so you're ready to send the invoice right away. In the Quotes tab, click the three dots at the end of the row and select ‘Create Invoice’.
Alternatively, in the Sales Invoices tab, click the three dots again and choose ‘Create Quote’, ‘Create Credit Note’, or ‘Create Duplicate’.
