🔧 Improvements & fixes:
Supplier portal connectivity → Securex, Partena, Acerta, Total, Engie, and SharePoint RPA integrations are restored for automated invoice retrieval.
UBL invoices without PDF embed → Always sent to the accountancy, even if no PDF is embedded.
OkiOki metadata for accountants → They no longer appear on Peppol invoices sent to end users.
Archive file names → Downloaded invoice files now include company name, invoice number, and client name.
Improved invoice routing flow → Partial payment status is validated before the user can move to the next step.
VAT margins are shown in ascending order → No more randomization of VAT margins on invoices.
Better invoice matching & numbering → Outgoing invoices aren’t matched to incoming transactions on date/amount alone.
Sales invoice formatting → A consistent comma format is used for both quantity and amounts.
Footer text → Invoice footers now appear correctly.
Company logo file formats → Only GIF, PNG, or JPG are allowed to prevent preview errors (TIFF is blocked).
IBAN validation → Enforced in the invoicing settings and when creating invoices.
Cash discounts → If an invoice is paid with a cash discount, OkiOki matches it to the right transaction.
No PDF for specific accountant workflows → For Horus, OkiOkiSync, or FTP file transfers, the system omits embedded PDFs as required.
Credit card statements → Deletion failures fixed, and misinterpreted amounts are now read correctly.
POS transactions → Recognition for third-party funds (EMS) is improved.
Mailbox integration → Outlook send-only and Gmail read-only setups work correctly.
Archive downloads → Invoices from the last day of each month or year are now correctly included.
CODA+ generation → Optimized for better placement of bruto amount and fees, plus improved OGM references.
Login and registration forms → Layout remains correct when showing errors. Users can toggle password visibility with an eye icon in registration/login forms.
Navbar behavior → Pinned navbars no longer hide document upload buttons on mobile.
Offer creation → Users can complete the payment details step without the “Next” button becoming stuck.
Duplicate document warnings → Users are alerted before a duplicate upload is deleted.
PayPal extraction → Failures affecting certain transaction imports have been resolved.
SharePoint RPA (light) → Now working again for automated invoice retrieval.
Fake VAT numbers → Blocked upfront, prompting users to correct their VAT info.
Non-ASCII characters → Peppol verification and Itsme flows work correctly for names containing accents or special characters.
