We’ve enhanced both the user and accountant experience with new ways to import data, build invoices more efficiently, and manage your credit card statements better. This update also introduces UI improvements for OkiOki Start, new portal integrations as Satellic and Ponto, and several behind-the-scenes optimizations to keep your workflow smooth.
In addition accountants can now better manage subscriptions, get more branding customization options, and enforce a bulk re-sync for all storage connections in their client portfolios.

Enhanced invoice builder: Importing and managing contacts & products
Users can now import contacts and products. In addition to a contact list, you now also have a product list. This makes it easy to switch from another invoicing software to OkiOki.
Credit card statement flow
OkiOki now redirects you directly to the upload module when a credit card statement is missing. In addition you can easily snooze multiple credit card tasks until your next statement arrives.
New supplier portal integration: Satellic

Automatic collection of invoices
Satellic integration → Automatically collect transport invoices — ideal for trucking or logistics businesses.
Connecting banks, mailboxes and cloud storage
Ponto integration → The Ponto bank connection allows users to connect multiple OkiOki accounts to the same bank subscription. Some banks (Crelan, Keytrade, ...) allow only one OkiOki account to be connected to the bank subscription. If you have multiple companies with multiple bank accounts at e.g. Crelan, then it is impossible to connect OkiOki account A with bank account A and OkiOki account B with bank account B at the same time. This always cause one of the two bank accounts to be disconnected. By using Ponto you can now avoid this issue and connect these bank accounts correctly.

Documents, transactions & bookings
Download original XML and archives → Users can now retrieve XML invoice files for compliance, even if their account is temporarily suspended.
Invoicing
Importing contacts & products → Users can import contacts and products and effortless migrate from their current invoicing solution to OkiOki.
Up to four decimals on invoice lines → Invoice lines now support four decimal places for quantity and amount.
Transactions & automated matching
Credit card to-do snoozing → Users can now snooze multiple credit card to-dos until the next statement arrives.
Contacts
Client reference for contacts → Users can now add a unique client reference to a contact.
Notifications
Message Level or Invoice Response notifications → Users now receive notifications when they get feedback on an invoice sent over Peppol.
Accountancy portal
Accountants can choose which meta data to include in UBL files → Payment info, comments, and tags can now be selected or omitted.
Deactivate subscriptions → Accountants can now deactivate active subscriptions.
🔧 Improvements & fixes
Duplicate detection improved for transactions and documents.
"Reset all filters" now restores defaults properly.
Fix for document filters → Filters now properly filter documents with negative and positive amounts.
More accurate "Amount to Pay" calculation for invoice totals → Fixed an issue where subtotals were sometimes calculated incorrectly.
Prevent auto-completion of mismatched bookings → If a transaction and document are matched but the total booking amount isn’t 0, the system no longer auto-completes the booking.
VAT auto-fill (search by VAT number) → When searching for a VAT number, OkiOki pre-fills the VAT number in the create-contact dialog.
File attachments for invoices → There was an issue attaching files to an invoice. This is now fixed.
Updated invoice layout for better readability → Improved spacing and alignment of invoice elements for better clarity.
Credit card statement flow → Users are now redirected to the upload module when a credit card statement is missing, rather than just seeing an explanation.
Faster transaction search experience → Improved search logic now enables better filtering, keyword recognition, and sorting.
Automated transaction matching and reconciliation → Improved accuracy in linking bank transactions to invoices, reducing mismatches and ensuring transactions are correctly categorized.
Currency matching enhancements → Improved detection of foreign currency transactions, reducing errors in exchange rate calculations and duplicate entries.
Cloud storage updates → When an accountant updates a OneDrive connection in the accountancy portal, all linked subscriptions are updated as well.
CODA+ integration enhancements → Improved accuracy in linking bank transactions to invoices, reducing mismatches and ensuring transactions are correctly categorized.
OkiOki Start UI improvements → Better navigation and clarity.
Pinned navigation and multi-level menus → The navigation bar now remains pinned by default and keeps second-level menus open.
Show/hide password in reset form → Users can now reveal their password in the login and reset form.
Email alias or folder selection → Users can now specify which email aliases or folders should be linked when connecting their mailbox.
Fixed loader icon positioning during uploads.
Document loader now appears again when uploading.
Login with GOOGLE OR ITSME buttons now support branding → Accountancy firms can now customize the button color to match their branding.
Asap UBL Delivery for Peppol Only users → The only UBL timing option for Start users is now "As soon as possible".
