9. The link with your accountant/bookkeeping software

OkiOki forwards the documents automatically

One of OkiOki's most useful features is that she automatically forwards all relevant documents to your accountant. Documents linked to a transaction, sales invoices and credit card expenditures are automatically delivered to your bookkeeper. 

Sometimes OkiOki hesitates to send a document to your accountant and puts it on your to-do list. After your intervention OkiOki will then automatically send these documents to your accountant as well.  

Or choose when your documents are sent

Do you prefer to have more control over when documents are sent to your accountant? Or would you first like to add some more information to your entry for your analytical bookkeeping? This can also easily be set up in OkiOki.

The link with your accountant 

For this feature to work properly, it is of course important that you link your OkiOki account with your accountant/accounting software. If you have become a user of OkiOki via your accountant, you do not have to do anything. Your accountant will take care of this. If you have become an OkiOki user yourself, you can choose in the setting how you would like your documents to be sent to the accounting software. You can choose between the following options:

• Manually 
• By email
• Via FTPs
• Via sFTP

So you decide to what extent you want OkiOki to automate the sending of documents.
